It is a five doors hatchback vehicle. Since it is introduced in 2007 by Jepang Honda Motor Company, nowadays, it has entered its second generation. The brand of Honda Jazz is used in Europe, most of Asia, Australia, Oceania, Middle East and Africa. In Japan, China and America, it is called Honda Fit. 
Honda Jazz is sold on six variations (overall, it has 4 cylinders in line), which are GD1: 1.3 L L13A i-DSI 2WD (Europe: 1.4L), GD2: 1.3 L L13A i-DSI 4WD (Japan only), GD3: 1.5 L L15A 2WD, GD4: 1.5 L L15A VTEC 2WD (Canada, U.S. and Indonesia only), GD5: 1.5 L L15A 4WD (Japan only), GD6: 1.2 L L12A i-DSI 2WD (Europe only), GE3: 1.3 L L13A i-DSI 2WD (made in China)

Depending on its geography, Honda Jazz’s machine is divided into 1.2L, 1.3L (in Europe turns to 1.4L), 1.5L i-DSI (Intelligent Dual & Sequential Ignition) or 1.5L VTEC (Variable Valve Timing & Lift Electronic Control). All Honda Jazz’s machine has used injection system. i-DSI machine has 8 valves configuration, using 2 sparkplugs per cylinder so it gets perfect combustion so that it makes machine efficient and less emission. VTEC machine has 16 valve configuration so that it gives high machine rotary maximally. The Honda Jazz transmission uses 5 speed manually, 5 speed automatically and CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) in line with its area. The CVT transmission is not available in U.S., thus, CVT-7 transmission is controlled by paddle shift located in rear steering wheel. In security, Honda Jazz VTEC ABS/ SRS is occupied with brake by ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System), EBD (Electronic Brake Force Distribution) and BA(Brake Assist) features.
